WHAT WE DO
Good AI starts with the right business problem. Our three connected services bring commercial thinking, engineering and people together.
Know where to invest, what to prioritise, and when AI is the right answer.
Move from a promising idea to a working solution in your existing business.
Give leaders and teams the skills to use AI confidently, safely and effectively.
BESPOKE SOFTWARE. BUILT FOR YOUR BUSINESS.
Paying more for SaaS doesn’t always mean getting a better fit.
When subscriptions stack up, essential features sit behind expensive upgrades, or your team works around the software, it’s time to explore another option. AiQ designs and builds purpose-built software around the way your business actually works.
Explore your custom software needsThe features your team needs, with a user experience shaped around their jobs. Reduce workarounds, duplicate entry and unnecessary complexity.
Assess overlapping subscriptions, per-seat charges and costly add-ons. Compare a focused custom build against the full cost of your current setup.
Shape your roadmap, integrations and future improvements. Agree source-code ownership, access and handover from the outset.
WHAT WE CAN BUILD
Onboarding, self-service, project visibility and secure collaboration.
Approvals, case management, scheduling and tailored reporting.
Integrations, shared data and AI assistance where it adds value.
We assess fit, delivery time and total cost, including development, hosting, security, maintenance and support. Start with one valuable workflow and expand when the evidence supports it.
AI IN PRACTICE
Start with what your business needs to improve. Explore examples of where AI can help, and how we would test whether it does.
Extract information from incoming documents, prepare the next step, and route exceptions to the right person. Your team stays in control of important decisions.
Discuss your workflowMeasure: processing time, error rate and cost per task.
HOW WE WORK
A clear decision at every stage. We agree scope, success measures and responsibilities before the work begins.
Understand your goals, workflows, data and people. Identify where change can make a meaningful difference.

You get: an adoption and operating plan.Data access, answer quality, human oversight and running costs belong in the design from day one.
CHOOSE YOUR STARTING POINT
For leaders asking where AI fits and which opportunities deserve investment.
For teams with a clear problem who want evidence before a larger commitment.
For businesses ready to make everyday AI use more consistent and effective.
Every engagement starts with an agreed scope and quote. Pilot fees are fixed against the agreed scope.
MAKE THE BUSINESS CASE
Explore the potential value of improving one workflow. Change the assumptions to reflect your team.
This is an illustrative capacity model, not a savings promise. Reclaimed time only creates value when it is put to productive use.
920 useful hours / year · 46 working weeks
People × hours saved × 46 weeks × hourly cost × useful-work percentage, less 12 months of running costs. Useful hours use the same time-conversion assumption. Excludes implementation, training, oversight and other change costs. This estimates the value of capacity, not cash released or ROI.
Please use values within the limits shown.

Start with a business problem, not a product. A readiness engagement examines your workflows, data and goals, then helps prioritise opportunities. If you already have a clear use case, we can scope a focused pilot.
Yes. We assess your existing software, available integrations and security requirements before recommending new tools or custom development. Access and integration feasibility are confirmed during scoping.
Agree a baseline and success criteria before building. Depending on the workflow, these may include task time, answer accuracy, user adoption, error rate and operating cost. A pilot should support a clear continue, change or stop decision.
We review the data involved, who should access it and the proposed providers. Appropriate controls, retention settings and human oversight are part of scoping. Requirements are specific to the use case, rather than a blanket claim about any AI tool.
Scope and fees are agreed before work begins. The right starting point may be a readiness review, team workshop or fixed-scope pilot. Contact us with your business goal so we can discuss an appropriate approach.
